My Intel HD graphics 620 driver is at version 26.20.100.6859. The problem occurred after I installed new windows 10 on my laptop. I have to shut down my computer to do the install so I'll return here in a moment to share results. I am having problem updating my Intel UHD 620 graphic card. The autmated Support Assistent thing says everything is up to date. Now I'm trying to manually update the Intel HD Graphics 620 driver (version 26.20.100.6859, A07) from Dell. Contact Dell for the latest driver for your computer.' And the driver version wasn't up to date. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver may cause technical issues. The Intel Driver & Support Assistant is not able to update the driver. 'A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. After following all the instructions-updating, rebooting, and rescanning-the Assistant resulted in 'Your Intel® software is up to date.' However, below in the drop down details for Intel HD graphics 620 it says:
I noticed a descrepency in using Intel's 'Driver and Support Assistant' (which auto scans your drivers and auto updates them). Intel HD graphics 620 - Driver Version: 23. I've managed to update to these versions: I thought I had updated what seems like everything on my computer, but still get that incompatibility report for my Intel HD graphics 620 when I open Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects, maybe Photoshop too.
